Cancle & Refund
At Automotive, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best services. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to make our cancellation and refund process as smooth as possible.
- Cancellation: If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this period will not incur any charges. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, a cancellation fee may apply.
- Refunds: Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with a service provided, please contact us within 7 days of the service date to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
